At the SenAmerica clinic, we are centered on patient care.

SenAmerica Clinic’s goal is to support Senegalese and other African communities overcome the increasing threat of Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) which includes chronic conditions such as diabetes, kidney disease and hypertension.

We plan to deliver affordable and high quality care to patients and their families. Our programs and activities will include building a state of the art dialysis center, management and prevention of kidney disease, diabetes and other Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) through health education, collective research and evidence-based medicine related to NCDs.

Chronic Disease Management

We will develop and adopt guidelines for chronic diseases: diabetes, heart diseases (hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure), COPD, asthma, hyperlipidemia, cancer, depression, substance abuse disorders.

Getting started

We plan to open in 2021 with a fully equipped clinic with exam rooms, X-ray, laboratory, EHR, pediatric and ob-gyn unit, conference room, education material, support personnel.

Telemedicine will start in 2021.
Providers as well as support personnel will be well paid, 2-3 times the national average, and held responsible and accountable for the care they provide.
